One of the Company’s most significant recent developments is the formation of TechForce Advanced Manufacturing, Inc., established to pursue an advanced manufacturing partnership with Taiwan-based JUN LONG MACHINE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.

The planned partnership is intended to expand manufacturing capabilities for automated wafer sorting and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems supporting semiconductor production and advanced packaging technologies, including applications associated with Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate (CoWoS).

As previously announced, the Company is targeting initial production and revenue contribution during calendar Q4 2026, subject to completion of definitive agreements, operational readiness, customer requirements and applicable revenue recognition standards.

Management believes this initiative represents an important opportunity to participate in the expanding semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem supporting artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.

Expanding AI-Enhanced Robotics Commercialization

TechForce Robotics continues to advance its strategy of developing and commercializing AI-enhanced robotic solutions for commercial and industrial applications.

The Company’s previously announced initiatives include its collaboration with NBR Intelligence Pte. Ltd. to evaluate a potential large-scale industrial robotics deployment program, as well as its pharmaceutical automation initiative involving autonomous robotic systems operating in highly specialized manufacturing environments.

These initiatives complement TechForce’s broader Robotics-as-a-Service strategy, which is designed to reduce adoption barriers for enterprise customers while establishing opportunities for recurring service revenue.
