NĀ‘ĀLEHU AND PĀHALA PUBLIC LIBRARIES REOPEN FOLLOWING HURRICANE LALA

HONOLULU – Two Hawai‘i Island branches of the Hawai‘i State Public Library System, Nā‘ālehu Public Library and Pāhala Public and School Library, have reopened to the public following closures caused by Hurricane Lala. Both libraries have resumed full services, with electricity and network connectivity restored.
Nā‘ālehu Public Library is located at 95-5669 Māmalahoa Highway and public service hours are:
Monday, Wednesday: 9-12, 1-4
Tuesday, Thursday: 10-12, 1-6
Friday: 12-4
Saturday/Sunday: Closed

Pāhala Public and School Library is located at 96-3150 Pikake Street and public service hours are:
Monday, Wednesday: 9-1, 2-4
Tuesday, Thursday, 10-1, 2-6
Friday: 12-4
Saturday/Sunday: Closed
